1.What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after we receive your payment.
25-30 days for customized packaging tubes.
2.What is your shipping terms?
by express, by air, by sea, all depend on buyer. ( for small order usually ship by express, it takes 3-5 days arrive in your destination)
3.How do you control the quality?
Routine inspection and final inspection are taken before packing.
4.How about the refund service?
If there any quality problem on our packaging tubes, please contact us within 3-7 days after you get the goods and take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation. When we confirmed the problem we will change or make up for you within 3 days. We are not responsible for any man-made damages.
